Experiment request form: Word, PDF
Experiments requests can be done according to several procedures:
– For IN2P3 users, requests can be made “on the fly” (or annually for Andromède), with a review of the project by the experience committee, which meets quarterly (January, April, July, October). Requests must be made by sending the “experience request form”, completed to the address mosaic@ijclab.in2p3.fr.
– For academics (excluding IN2P3) and companies, experiments can be carried out in the form of a service. Requests are made “on the fly”, with a completion time between 3 and 6 weeks (for IRMA and ARAMIS). Requests must be made by returning the “experience request form”, completed to the address mosaic@ijclab.in2p3.fr. Please feel free to contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
– Experiments requests can be made via the EMIR&A French accelerators network, through the annual call for proposals (around October-November). About thirty days of experience per year are allocated through this call for in situ TEM experiments with one or two ion beams, and for Andromede experiments or in situ experiments on ARAMIS (RBS-C, on-line, etc.).
